Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM:TENG), a concierge technology platform serving global financial institutions and premium brands, announced Monday its intention to change its name to Ten Technologies Group plc, pending shareholder approval.
The proposed name change will be voted on at a general meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at the company’s London offices. According to the company’s statement, the new name is intended to reflect its evolution into a “technology-driven leader in customer experience” since its initial public offering.
If approved, the company will maintain its existing TIDM (TENG) and ISIN (GB00BF188X60) identifiers. Current share certificates will remain valid with no new certificates being issued.
